Privacy notice

Effective September 23, 2026

How we handle information when you visit our website, search for a store or contact us.

1. Scope and contact

Nya Labs LLC is responsible for personal information handled through gmaakglobal.com and enquiries sent to GMAAK. Contact hi@gmaakglobal.com for privacy questions or to exercise your rights.

This notice covers the company website, store finder and associated correspondence. It does not replace a linked store’s privacy notice, which covers that store’s checkout, orders, advertising and customer services.

2. Information we handle

Correspondence. If you email us, we receive your email address, message and attachments, plus any name, company, role or contact details you choose to provide. For help identifying a purchase, you may provide an order reference, store name, purchase date, amount and currency. We may receive related information from the relevant store when needed to resolve your enquiry.

Website and security information. Hosting and security services process information needed to deliver and protect the site, such as IP address, browser and device details, requested pages, referring page, request time and error or security records.

Store searches. The store finder filters its public directory in your browser. We do not send or store the text you type in its search field. It does not look up customer orders or payment records.

We do not ask for full payment-card details, security codes, account passwords or identity documents through this site. Please share only information relevant to your enquiry.

3. Purposes and legal bases

We use correspondence to answer questions, identify the appropriate store, coordinate customer support, evaluate potential business relationships and maintain relevant records. We use technical information to deliver the website, diagnose faults and prevent misuse. We may retain or disclose information to meet legal obligations and establish, exercise or defend legal claims.

Where a legal basis is required, we rely on our legitimate interests in operating a secure website, responding to enquiries and assisting customers; steps you request before a contract or performance of a contract where applicable; legal obligations; and consent where required. You can object to processing based on legitimate interests, subject to applicable law.

Providing enquiry information is voluntary, but we may be unable to answer or route an enquiry without enough information. We do not use this website to make automated decisions with legal or similarly significant effects on individuals.

4. Cookies, tracking and media

We do not install advertising pixels, optional analytics cookies or cross-site advertising trackers on this company website. The directory search does not use cookies or browser storage. Site media is served as website assets, rather than embedded social or video-player widgets.

Essential hosting or security services may process technical information or use storage needed to deliver and protect the website. Your browser provides controls for cookies and site data. We do not track visitors across third-party websites and do not change this practice based on a “Do Not Track” browser setting.

We do not sell personal information collected through this website or share it for cross-context behavioural advertising. A Global Privacy Control signal therefore does not need to disable an advertising feature here. Linked stores may use different technologies, which their own notices and controls explain.

5. Who receives information

Information may be processed by providers supporting website hosting, content delivery, security and business email. These include our website hosting infrastructure and the services that route and deliver emails sent to us.

If you ask for help with a store purchase, we may share relevant details with that store’s authorised support team or operator to identify the order and address your request. We do not publish your enquiry or make it available through the store finder.

We may also disclose relevant information to professional advisers, authorities or other parties where required by law or reasonably necessary to protect legal rights and safety. In a business reorganisation or transfer, relevant information may be transferred with appropriate protections and any notice required by law.

6. Processing locations

Our hosting, email services and relevant store teams may process information in the United States and other countries. Privacy laws may differ between locations. Where applicable law requires safeguards for international transfers, we use the relevant lawful mechanism. You can contact us for details about the processing and safeguards relevant to your information.

7. Retention and security

We retain correspondence for the period needed to respond, maintain the relevant customer or business relationship, and meet applicable accounting, recordkeeping or legal requirements. When assessing retention, we consider the nature of the enquiry, whether follow-up is needed, legal obligations and the need to resolve disputes. Hosting and security records are retained according to the provider’s operational and security requirements.

We use reasonable safeguards and HTTPS for this website. No method of storage or transmission provides absolute security. Please avoid sending unnecessary sensitive information. Where a deletion request applies, we delete information or explain any lawful reason for retaining it.

8. Your rights and choices

Email hi@gmaakglobal.com with “Privacy request” in the subject and describe your request. Depending on where you live and the law that applies, you may request access to your information, a copy in a portable format, correction, deletion, restriction of processing, or an explanation of how it is used and disclosed. You may object to certain processing or withdraw consent where we rely on it, without affecting prior lawful processing.

California residents may have rights to know, access, correct and delete personal information; to opt out of sale or sharing; and to limit certain uses of sensitive personal information. We do not sell or share information from this company site for cross-context behavioural advertising, or use sensitive personal information to infer characteristics about you. We do not discriminate against people for exercising privacy rights.

We may ask for reasonable information to verify your identity before disclosing or changing records. Authorised agents may submit requests with evidence of authority where required. We respond within the time required by applicable law and explain any relevant exception or extension. You may contact us to appeal a decision where applicable, and you may complain to the privacy regulator in your jurisdiction.

For an enquiry about a store purchase, use the store’s privacy contact or tell us which store is involved so we can help route the request. You do not need to create an account on this site to contact us.

9. Children

This company website is intended for adults, including business contacts and customers seeking store support. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 through it. If you believe a child has provided information, contact us so we can review and remove it where appropriate.

10. External links and updates

Email links open your own email application. A message is sent only when you choose to send it. Once you follow a store or other external link, that website’s privacy practices apply. We recommend reviewing its notice before providing information.

We update this notice when our website or practices change. The effective date identifies the current version; we provide additional notice where the law requires it.
